Kent Langfield, President & CEO
Kent is the CEO and co-owner who has been building Specialized Electric right alongside his wife Jenny since 2002 — and he’s been an electrician since 1988. He loves mixing the hands-on side of the trade with the fun of growing a family-owned company where the whole crew works together like a well-oiled team. Guiding projects, cracking big-picture problems, and seeing the group succeed keeps him fired up. As a proud dad of four grown kids, he also makes time for traveling, fly fishing in great spots, and off-roading adventures with the family. Experienced, steady, and truly passionate about both the work and the people who make it happen, Kent helps drive the company’s reputation for solid, quality electrical jobs.
Jennifer Langfield, Human Resources & CFO
Jennifer has been keeping everything on track as CFO and Human Resources Manager since she and her husband Kent launched Specialized Electric back in 2002. A former teacher and proud mom of four kids, she really enjoys the solid, professional team they’ve built together — the people who handle customer relationships and help the company run strong year after year. The teacher in her particularly enjoys watching apprentices grow into confident, licensed electricians. When she’s away from the desk, you’ll usually find her gardening, diving into a good book, hiking, or traveling with the family. Organized, caring, and sharp, Jenny makes sure the people side of the business stays just as strong as the electrical work.
